Delete your account

Delete it yourself (fastest)

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to Account.
3. Under Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email support@eccvtsprep.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and remove it for you.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in email
• Saved study progress and quiz history
• AI study-coach chats and personalization memory
• Your access-pass entitlement record

What we retain, and why

Purchase and transaction records are kept where required by tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution law, even after account deletion. Payment details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, under Stripe's own policy — we never store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
